This unit aims to equip the learner with the knowledge and application skills in interacting with and serving food and beverage guests and be able to apply them to the workplace.

Certification
Participants who fulfil all requirements will be certified with a Statement of Attainment (SOA) issued by the SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
This course is part of the Service Crew Training for restaurant and hospitality.
