– Food handlers in NEA-licensed food retail outlets and hawker stalls
– Anyone needing a food hygiene, food handler, or food safety certificate
Entry Requirements:
– Must be at least 16 years old
– Able to read, write, speak, and understand basic English or Mandarin
– No prior work experience needed
Course Duration:
The course is conducted over one day, totaling 7.5 hours, including the assessment.
Assessment Method:
Participants will complete a 1.5-hour assessment, which includes:
– Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
– Short Answer Questions
