Entry Requirement
• Completed Secondary 2 or equivalent
• 2 years of working experience as a cleaner
• 18 years old
• A Pass in English at Secondary 2 level or equivalent or pass in-house English Test
Graduation Requirement
To pass all 7 units in order to be awarded the City & Guilds Level 2 Certificate in Cleaning and Support Services Skills.

According to the characteristics of sanitation BAI cleaning industry, du Grade Certificate of Qualification is divided into Four grades: A, B, C and D. The grade standards of information zhi are as follows:
I. Standard of grade A enterprise DAO industry (to meet the following conditions simultaneously, the same below) :
1. The enterprise has been registered for more than 6 years and joined the association for more than 2 years;
2. The total value of fixed assets invested by the enterprise in sanitation and cleaning operation services shall be more than RMB 8 million;
3. The person in charge of the enterprise shall have more than 6 years of experience in sanitation and cleaning service management, and the person in charge of finance shall have intermediate or above accounting title or more than 6 years of working experience in a professional position and hold a professional post certificate;
4. More than 10 people with college degree or above, more than 8 project managers recognized by the industry, and more than 2 safety directors (security officers);
5. Passed ISO9000 quality management system certification;
6. More than 400 square meters of office space shall be arranged in accordance with the registered address of the business license (more than one shall be added together);
7. The total output value of the sanitation and cleaning business services of the enterprise in the previous year shall not be less than 35 million YUAN;
8. The insurance purchased by the employees (including commercial insurance) reaches 100%;
9. When an enterprise applies for Class A enterprise qualification, it shall be more than two years from the date of obtaining Class B enterprise qualification. If it should be audited annually in the current year, it shall also be audited annually in the current year.
Ii. Standards for Grade B enterprises:
1. The enterprise has been registered for more than 4 years and has joined the association for more than 1 year;
2. The total value of fixed assets invested by the enterprise in sanitation and cleaning operation services is more than RMB 4 million;
3. The person in charge of the enterprise shall have more than 4 years of experience in sanitation and cleaning service management, and the person in charge of finance shall have the title of junior accountant or more than 4 years of working experience in a professional position, and hold the professional post certificate;
4. More than 5 people with college degree or above, more than 5 project managers recognized by the industry, and more than 1 safety director (safety officer);
5. Passed ISO9000 quality management system certification;
6. More than 200 square meters of office space shall be arranged in accordance with the registered address of the business license (more than one shall be added together);
7. The total output value of sanitation and cleaning business services of the enterprise in the previous year shall not be less than RMB 20 million yuan;
8. The insurance purchased by the employees (including commercial insurance) reaches 100%.
Iii. Standards for Grade C enterprises:
1. The enterprise has been registered for more than 2 years;
2. The total value of fixed assets invested by the enterprise in sanitation and cleaning operation services shall be more than RMB 1 million;
3. The person in charge of the enterprise shall have more than 2 years’ experience in sanitation and cleaning service management, and the person in charge of finance shall hold the professional post certificate;
4. More than 1 person with college degree or above, and more than 1 project manager recognized by the industry;
5. Sound rules and regulations;
6. More than 100 square meters of office space corresponding to the registered address of the business license (not more than one place together);
7. The total output value of the sanitation and cleaning business services of the enterprise in the previous year shall not be less than RMB 5 million;
8. The insurance purchased by the employees (including commercial insurance) reaches 100%.
Iv. Standards for Grade D enterprises:
1. It shall be formally registered in the municipal industry and Commerce Department;
2. A fixed and standard office space;
3. Joined Sanitation and Cleaning Industry Association and became a full member.
5. The total value of fixed assets mentioned in the preceding four paragraphs refers to the facilities, equipment, tools and work supplies purchased by enterprises in the course of engaging in sanitation services and sanitation operations, excluding real estate, office supplies and other purchases not actually engaged in sanitation services and sanitation operations, and the net value of fixed assets shall be adopted uniformly.
