The goal of cleaning work is consistent with the goal of property management, which is to allow customers to have a good and comfortable working and living environment, and to maintain and enhance the value of the property. Therefore, cleaning work cannot only arrange the process flow with the convenience of one’s own work, but more importantly, consider the customer’s feelings about the cleaning and hygiene conditions.

Cleaning and sanitation work does not have a high technical content, but it requires good management skills to achieve the unity of low cost, high efficiency and excellent results. Today, Guangzhou Meibang Housekeeping will introduce some issues that should be paid attention to in daily cleaning management work:

1 Etiquette and appearance

A female college student who had recently started working in the bathroom was told by a cleaning staff that she did not flush the bathroom. When she brought up the matter six months later, she was very excited and said, “Am I such an unqualified person?” Just imagine, if a cleaner with good etiquette training finds that someone is not flushing the toilet, he will silently use his hard work to move the client instead of complaining about the client’s behavior. Not paying attention to polite language in service at work can leave a bad impression on customers.
“Etiquette” and “appearance” actually reflect the management level of an enterprise. In the management work, it is necessary to avoid the cleaning staff coming to work with unpleasant emotions or resisting the supervisors.
Uniform clothing and uniform image are also the basic requirements for good appearance. Employees shouldn’t wear work clothes or other normative requirements because they don’t like the clothes so suitable or don’t like them, or because they are afraid of meeting acquaintances, etc., they should not wear work clothes or other standard requirements, and they should not wear or dress properly.

2 Customer needs and work standards

Clarify the needs of property users, understand the concerns of customers, and make detailed service plans accordingly, formulate work priorities, detailed work standards and inspection standards, and list key points, quality control points, and work record requirements. Check the implementation of the established work standards and procedures, and frequently evaluate their suitability.
When formulating the process flow, attention should be paid to factors such as the suitability of tools and working hours, the effectiveness of work, and the convenience of customers, and the process and process should be standardized. The shortest time training can be used to work, regardless of supervisors and cleaning staff. The change affects the quality of service.

3 suitable tools and crafts

The important factors that affect work efficiency are work flow, technology and tools. For example, when cleaning glass, using glass scraper will have better efficiency and effect; there is a clear difference between the efficiency and effect of washing the floor with high-pressure water gun and general washing with water.

4 Daily supervision and management

In the daily cleaning work management, a misunderstanding that many managers easily walk into is that the work is basically completed when the division of labor and arrangement is completed. The effect of the division of labor and arrangement has not been verified, and it is unknown whether the employees have understood it. The actual results are often inconsistent with my imagination. If employees are scolded, criticized, and punished for this, the result will be employees “seeking another job.” This failure to achieve the goal is entirely the responsibility of the manager.
